4. Human Resource Management
4.1 Human Resource Planning
Goal: The organization provides
the right number and mix of competent staff to meet the needs of its internal
and external customers and to achieve its goals. |

qualified (and where relevant, credentialed) staff are available to undertake
the type and level of activity performed
by the organization. This includes those who are consulted when suitable expertise
is not available within the organization. |
